Kaitlin Klaustermeier

Kaitlin Klaustermeier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaitlin currently works as the Policy & Partnership Lead for City Finance at the City of Seattle since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Community Impact at Rural Innovation Strategies, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Kaitlin also gained valuable experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they worked as a Project Leader from 2020 to 2021 and as a Consultant from 2018 to 2020. Kaitlin has also worked as an Education Consultant at Ark Education Partnership Group in 2017 and as a Summer Associate at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2016. Their earlier experiences include roles such as Operations Manager at Summit Public Schools in 2015 and Strategy Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from 2014 to 2015. Kaitlin began their career as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2014.

Kaitlin Klaustermeier completed their Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems, from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2008 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, both of which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
