Shannon Ramey-Trull, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Shannon is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of Sedalia, MO since March 2021. Prior to this, Shannon worked at ProEnergy Services as the Director of Human Resources from March 2020 to March 2021, where they also held the positions of Human Resources Manager from July 2016 to March 2020 and Sr Human Resources Generalist from April 2016 to July 2016.

Shannon Ramey-Trull, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Columbia Southern University, graduating in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Foothill High School from 1999 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated for that period.
In terms of additional certifications, Shannon has obtained several. In February 2011, they received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In January 2014, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Most recently, in August 2022, they acquired certification from Psychhub.
