Carmen Brashier

Carmen Brashier is an experienced professional in aquatic and recreational management with a background spanning over a decade in various supervisory roles. Currently serving as the Athletics and Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Sedona, AZ since June 2023, Carmen previously held the position of Aquatics and Facility Manager for the City of Ouray from May 2021 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Aquatics Coordinator for the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado, and Program Planner II focusing on aquatics and adult sports for the City of Tulsa. Additionally, Carmen worked as an Activities Director for Tulsa County and as the Aquatics, Sports & Camp Director at the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Recreation and Sports Management from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Northeastern State University.
