Sandra Phillips

Sandra Phillips possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Public Works Director and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Sedona, AZ since June 2021. As a Principal at Red Hawk Engineering, LLC since January 2001, Sandra has led various projects, including water pipeline installations and infrastructure improvements in Winslow during a previous role as Assistant County Engineer from April 2016 to June 2021. Additional experience includes senior project management at Woodson Engineering and surveying, and leadership roles at Horizon Consultants and CMX Group. Sandra earned a BS in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and recently attained the ENV SP certification, recognizing expertise in sustainability practices.
