Zachary Moore

Zachary Moore currently serves as a Utilities Locator for the City of Seguin since September 2025 and is a Third Year Trustee for the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) since April 2025. Prior to these roles, Moore worked as a Locating Technician 4 and Safety Officer at USIC, where responsibilities included disseminating safety topics to a team of 14 personnel. Moore's experience also includes various positions in technical and engineering capacities, including work as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army Reserve and prior military service, as well as roles in construction, logistics, and retail. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan Technological University, and a Certificate in Welding Technology from Lincoln Tech.
