City of Shafter
Storm Kinkade currently serves as a Senior Police Officer for the City of Shafter since January 2020, managing shift operations in the absence of the shift Sergeant and responding to calls for service. In addition, Storm holds the position of Vice President with the Shafter Police Officer’s Association since January 2022, assisting in union operations, negotiations, and policy development. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff for the Kern County Sheriff's Office from October 2018 to January 2020, with responsibilities in court operations and custodial settings. Earlier roles include IT Support Technician at Sentinel Engineering and Produce Clerk at WinCo Foods. Storm graduated from Kinkade Academy with a High School Diploma in May 2016.
