Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in system administration, network engineering, and network administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator for the City of Shaker Heights since November 2013, Gregory previously worked as a Network Engineer at Texcel, Inc. from November 2006 to November 2013, and as a Network Administrator at Strong Tool between April 2003 and October 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing systems and network for multiple branch offices, managing significant updates to server and email systems, and enhancing network infrastructure. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and has earned credentials such as VCP and CCNA.
