Jill Fourqurean-Ross

Jill Fourqurean-Ross has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Director of Human Resources at the City of Sherwood Arkansas since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as Director of Human Resources at the City of Jacksonville from June 2007 to November 2018, where they efficiently managed HR functions for various municipal departments and successfully decreased Workers Compensation costs. Additionally, Jill worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from August 2003 to June 2007, focusing on personnel decision-making, training initiatives, and diversity analysis. Before that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Payday HCM from August 2002 to June 2003.

Jill Fourqurean-Ross earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from George Mason University, attending from 1994 to 1997. Jill also obtained a certification as a Certified Professional - Human Resource (IPMA-CP) from IPMA-HR in 2011.
