C. Ray Allshouse AIA has extensive experience in the field of architecture and urban planning, currently serving as the Building Official for the City of Shoreline since March 2005. Previously, C. Ray Allshouse contributed as a Planning Commissioner for the Kirkland Planning Commission from April 2008 to March 2016 and held the position of Chair for the Washington State Building Code Council from January 2012 to January 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture and Master of City Planning in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania (1974-1976) and a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1966-1971).
