Katie Moriarty is a retired Technology Manager and Continuous Improvement Consultant with experience in IT management for government organizations such as the City of Shoreline and King County. Katie also served as the Director of Information Technology for the U. S. District Court of Western WA, overseeing the computing infrastructure and staff consolidation.
