Cory Springhorn

Cory Springhorn, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities since October 2021, with a diverse background in human resources management across multiple organizations. Cory has held various HR roles, including Councilmember for the City of Shoreview since January 2015, and Human Resources Manager at Mental Health Resources from July 2015 to July 2021, focusing on fostering recovery for individuals affected by mental illness and substance use disorder. Previous positions include HR Representative at Donatelle, HR Consultant at STAR Services, and HR Manager for Cooperating Community Programs, where responsibilities encompassed workforce relations, employee training, and payroll management. Cory's career began in education as a Music Teacher, complemented by a solid academic foundation in Music Education from the University of Minnesota and Central College.
