Frank Cupery

Frank Cupery is currently serving as an Economic Development Committee Advisor for the City of Arden Hills since August 2023. With extensive experience in building inspection, Cupery has held the position of Building Inspector at the City of Shoreview since October 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Minnesota State building codes for residential and light commercial properties. Additionally, Cupery has acted as a Housing and Code Enforcement Officer, focusing on rental housing inspections and municipal code enforcement. Previously, from April 2017 to June 2019, Cupery was the Director of Maintenance at Public Health Solutions Minnesota. Cupery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
