April Jordan, CIA, CFE, CLEA, serves as the City Controller for the City of Shreveport since July 2014, overseeing performance audits to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, while also conducting budget and financial analyses and fraud investigations. In addition to this role, April has been the Accountant and Owner at Pinnacle Professional Tax and Accounting since December 2010, and previously worked as an Accountant at Roberts Cherry and Company from 2008 to 2010. April holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from LSU Shreveport, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
