Samuel Villagrana has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Manager and I.T System Administrator for the City of Sikeston since July 2013. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network hardware and software issues across various city departments, ensuring the maintenance and upgrade of computer systems, and managing email and web traffic through advanced filtering tools. Prior roles include positions as a Warehouseman at Martin-Brower and Smart and Final, and customer service-related roles at Bank of America and Marcone Appliance Parts. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Security from Western Governors University and has completed multiple degrees in General Studies.
