Brian Postlewaite

Brian Postlewaite is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the City of Somerville since May 2018, following roles as Assistant Director of Engineering and Construction Project Manager. Prior to this, Brian worked at SMMA as an Associate and Civil Engineer from May 2006 to April 2018, and at Design Consultants, Inc. as a Drafter and Engineer from October 2001 to May 2006. Brian earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1998 and pursued further education at the University of Vermont from 1999 to 2001.
