Cynthia Taylor

Cynthia S. Taylor, MBA, serves as the Director of Community Programming for the City of South Bend since October 2020 and has held the position of Director at the Charles Black Recreation Center since October 2005. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Bethel College, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Art/Art Studies from Bethel University, and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University.
