Janice Hall

Janice Hall has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as the Diversity Compliance Officer and formerly as Human Resources Director for the City of South Bend since August 2003. Prior roles include Associate Pastor and Administrator at River of Life Church from January 1995 to May 2004, where Janice supervised a team of seven full-time staff members. Additionally, Janice worked at 1st Source Bank from September 1977 to October 1995, advancing from Affirmative Action Officer to Employee Relations and Employment Director, also holding the title of Assistant Vice President and serving as an HR Generalist. Janice began their career as the Human Rights Director for the City of South Bend from October 1972 to July 1979. Janice’s educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from Bethel College and banking studies at North Dakota University.
