Kevin Porter

Kevin Porter is a Utility Engineering Manager at the City of Sparks since November 2015 and a Guardmember at the Nevada Air National Guard since 2012. Porter holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, which Kevin obtained in 2011, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the same university, which Kevin earned in 2008.
