John Whitehead

John Whitehead is currently the Human Resources Director at the City of Spokane Valley since June 2008. Prior to that, John held various human resources positions at the State of Washington from March 1992 to June 2008, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and working his way up to Personnel Officer and Human Resources Manager. John earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Eastern Washington University in 1991.
