Sarah Farr

Sarah Farr, MBA is an experienced professional who has held various positions in accounting and finance, grants and program management, and project administration. Sarah has worked at the City of Spokane Valley since October 2008, overseeing the implementation of directives and initiatives related to the City's non-capital grant funding program. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration degree.
