Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information systems, optical design, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Supervising Information Systems Analyst for the City of Spokane, Moore oversees the Spokane Municipal Court System's eSeries architecture and development. As a Contract Optical & Software Engineer since 2015, Moore engages in various design and development projects. Previous roles include Project Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions and a multifaceted position at Strategy Labs, where Moore utilized data analytics and engineering methodologies to create data lakes and ETL processes. With a strong background in optical engineering and management from the University of Rochester, Moore has held significant positions at leading institutions such as Argonne National Laboratory and the University of Rochester's OMEGA Facility, where leadership and technical expertise were pivotal in advancing optical systems and data management solutions.
