Patricia Kienholz

Affordable Housing & Real Estate Portfolio Committee at City of Spokane

Patricia Kienholz is an experienced advocate and board member, currently serving on the Board of Health for the Spokane Regional Health District and the Alzheimer's Association, Washington State Chapter. Since 2003, Patricia has been a Trustee and Board President of the Citizens Law and Safety Research Center, and has been active in various roles related to Alzheimer's advocacy, including membership in the Alzheimer's 5th District Congressional Team and serving as an Alzheimer's State Champion. Additionally, Patricia plays a vital role in community development through advisory positions on the Affordable Housing & Real Estate Portfolio Committee, the Mayor's Housing Quality Task Force, and as a Commissioner for the City of Spokane Plan Commission. As a business owner, Patricia operates manufactured home communities, managing multifaceted operations and estate administration. Educational qualifications include BA degrees from the University of Southern California in Communication and Social Sciences, complemented by coursework from other institutions.
