Christopher B. Clausi

Christopher B. Clausi, J.D. SHRM-CP currently serves as Interim City Administrator and Human Resources Director for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee. With extensive experience in human resources, Clausi has held positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Turnip Truck and Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Murfreesboro. Clausi has also contributed significantly to public service through roles including Assistant Director of Metropolitan Nashville Community Oversight, overseeing police misconduct investigations, and Director of the Financial Services Investigative Unit for the State of Tennessee, managing statewide activities related to fraudulent investigations. Additionally, Clausi has served as a faculty member and consultant with All Rise, training legal professionals on treatment court program implementation. Clausi holds a Doctor of Law from Nashville School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Williamson College.
