Patrick Carter

Patrick Carter is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Wolaver & Carter since November 2023 and as City Attorney for the City of Fairview, Tennessee, since January 2023. Additionally, Patrick holds the position of City Attorney for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, starting in August 2013, and has been a Member-Manager at Hat Creek Cattle Company LLC since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Patrick was a Partner at Hardin, Parkes, Kelley and Carter PLLC from April 2000 to February 2015 and served as an Attorney at Law at Wolaver, Carter & Heffington from January 2015 to November 2023. Patrick earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Idaho. Additional educational experiences include upper-level studies in Political Science and Spanish at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Spanish Language and Literature at Augustana College.
