James Murgolo is an experienced web developer and applications developer with a diverse background in various programming languages and platforms. Currently serving as a Web Developer, Accela Administrator, and Report Manager at the City of Springfield since December 2010, James maintains the city's websites and develops projects primarily using PHP, Java, VB.Net, and Typo3. Previously, James worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Web Developer/Administrator, where responsibilities included developing and managing the PurePower Engine site. Earlier experience includes serving as a Webmaster and Applications Developer at Oxford College of Emory University, focusing on ColdFusion, MySQL, and MS SQL development.
