Adriana Failla

Adriana Failla serves as the Belonging and Intercultural Development Specialist for the City of Springfield, Missouri, where collaboration with the Director of Belonging and Intercultural Development focuses on advancing the Mayor's Initiative on Equity and Equality through community initiatives and policy development. Previously, Adriana contributed to nonprofit program management at Isabel's House, a crisis nursery dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect, and served as Assistant Director for the Springfield-Greene County Park Board, enhancing community quality of life through recreational services. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University.
