Brian Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Brian began their career in the military, serving in various positions such as Team Member, Stryker Vehicle Commander, Tactical Command Post Supervisor, and Basic Skills Instructor. As a Team Lead, they supervised a 10-member team and played a crucial role in rebuilding schools, providing clean drinking water, and supporting local medical clinics during a deployment to Iraq. Brian also served as a Cadre, assisting wounded, ill, and injured soldiers in their transition from military service. Brian was responsible for facilitating their care and transition plans, partnering with foreign militaries, and serving as the Master Resiliency Skills Trainer. After leaving the military, Brian worked as a Maintenance Technician Apprentice for the City of Springfield before becoming a Personal Support Worker in the private sector.
