Jeff Paschall Pe

Jeff Paschall, PE has recently been appointed as the Community Development Division Director for the City of Springfield, Oregon, starting in September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the City Engineer for the same city until October 2022.

Jeff Paschall, PE received their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Washington College of Engineering between 1991 and 1996.
