Cphr Rebecca McIsaac Mirhr (Furry)

Rebecca McIsaac, CPHR, MIRHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Spruce Grove since February 2022, Rebecca has previously worked as a Senior Injury Management Specialist at the Disability Management Institute and held multiple positions at General Motors from 2013 to 2021, including People HR/LR Partner and Labour Relations Representative. Additional experience includes serving as a Marker/Grader at Brock University and a WIND Specialist at WIND Mobile. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Brock University.
