Shawn Kirkpatrick

Shawn Kirkpatrick is an experienced Application Analyst with a diverse background in IT support and management roles. Currently employed at the City of St. Albert since July 2021, Shawn has previously served as a Solutions Support Analyst at North American Construction Group and a Tier 2 Technical Analyst at Accurate Network Services Inc. Notably, Shawn's tenure at ATCO Group included key responsibilities as a Mobility Administrator, where strategic partnerships with major telecom providers were established, and bespoke solutions for clients were developed. Prior experience at Wipro Limited Canada involved leading a Windows 7 rollout project and providing workstation support, while earlier roles at Shaw Communications focused on digital phone provisioning and technical service support. Shawn holds a Foundation degree in Computer Technology from Grant Macewan College and has completed ITIL training.
