Tim Kee

Tim Kee is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, labor relations, and human resources business partnership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of St. Albert since April 2023, Tim has recently held the position of Senior Recruitment Specialist at CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health, where responsibilities included modernizing recruitment processes and supporting organizational growth. Prior roles include human resources positions at Government of Alberta, City of Edmonton, Finning, Alberta Health Services, and Shell, with expertise in collective agreement interpretation, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement. Tim holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources Management from The University of Lethbridge and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
