Ashley Judd-Rifkin has experience working as a Culture Coordinator at the City of St. Catharines since August 2015. Prior to this, Ashley served as the General Manager at The Multicultural Theatre Space (The MT Space) Inc. from September 2012 to February 2015. Ashley also held the position of Community Outreach Coordinator at the Ottawa International Children's Festival and Ottawa International Jazz Festival from July 2008 to July 2011. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and History from Carleton University in 2005.
