Chris Bartley is a firefighter at the City of St. Catharines since August 2015, with experience as a paramedic at Halton Region and the Canadian Armed Forces. Chris also works as an Instructor Trainer at Heart and Stroke, specializing in BLS & First Aid Programs. In the past, Chris served as Acting Captain at The Corporation of the Town of Lincoln and holds a degree in Advanced Care Paramedic from Niagara College and Toronto EMS.
