Bill Hannah

Bill Hannah has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration. Bill is currently the Director of Finance for the City of St. Charles, Illinois, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Bill served as the Finance Director/Treasurer for the Village of North Aurora for 16 years. Bill also worked as the Budget/Finance Manager for the City of Wheaton from 2001 to 2005 and as the Assistant to the Director of Administrative Services for the Village of Barrington from 1994 to 2001.

Bill Hannah earned a Master of Public Administration from Northern Illinois University from 1994 to 1996.
