Samantha Howse

Samantha Howse is a skilled Transportation Systems Engineer currently working for the City of St. John's since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer at Stantec from July 2019 to April 2023, and as an Engineer at WSP in Canada from August 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed design and construction support for road grading projects, preparation of contract packages, and collaboration with project teams and clients.
