Erick Francis has extensive experience in water resource management, currently serving as the Water Resource Manager for the City of St. Louis Park since March 2014. Prior to this role, Erick worked as a Water Resource Engineer at WSB & Associates, Inc. from March 2005 to March 2014. Erick holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Dunwoody College of Technology, which was completed between 1999 and 2002.
