Laura Smith is an experienced organizational development professional with a strong background in staff engagement and wellness initiatives. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Coordinator for the City of St. Louis Park since January 2013, Laura leads various development and engagement programs for city staff. Previously, during tenure at Target from August 2008 to December 2012, Laura held a role in HR focused on talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness, managing enterprise training projects and supporting both domestic and international recruiting efforts. Laura holds a Master of Science in Community Health Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
