Sylvia Donaldson

Sylvia Donaldson is the Human Resources Manager at the City of St. Louis, overseeing the Employee Relations Section. Sylvia also works as an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University, teaching in the Graduate HR Management Program. Sylvia holds a B.A. in Psychology Sociology from Washington University, an M.A. in Theology from Cohen Institute, and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.
