Amber Boulding has extensive experience in emergency management and public health preparedness, currently serving as the Emergency Manager for the City of St. Petersburg since April 2018. Previously, Amber held the position of Emergency Management Specialist with the City of St. Petersburg from 2016 to 2018 and worked as the Public Health Preparedness Manager at the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County from 2010 to 2016. Amber earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of South Florida between 2010 and 2012 and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Florida from 2003 to 2007.
