Joseph Waugh has a diverse work experience ranging from 2004 to the present. Joseph started their career at Target as an Assets Protection Specialist in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Joseph then joined Kmart Corporation as a Loss Prevention Manager from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Kohl's Department Stores as a Loss Prevention Supervisor from 2010 to 2015. Currently, Joseph is working for the City of St. Petersburg where they have held various roles, including Codes Compliance Investigator, Codes Investigations Supervisor, Codes Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Codes Compliance.
Joseph Waugh has a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from St. Petersburg College between 2009 and 2012. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration at the University of Central Florida.
