Maureen Wingfield, PE, ENV SP, is a Senior Professional Engineer at the City of St. Petersburg, responsible for the design and construction of complex municipal engineering projects in the water and wastewater engineering department since January 2019. Previously, Maureen held various engineering roles at GHD, contributing to the expansion of the Water Service Line in Florida and managing multiple water/wastewater design projects. Earlier career experience includes positions at Straughan Environmental, Inc., and GHD, focusing on stormwater design and wastewater treatment. Maureen earned a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University.
