John Conner Riggs

John Conner Riggs has served as a City Councilman for the City of Statesboro since January 2010. In addition to this role, John Conner Riggs is the Owner of Riggs Appraisals, LLC, a position held since November 2002. John Conner Riggs earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Secondary Social Science from Georgia Southern University, with studies completed between 1988 and 1994, and graduated from Statesboro High School in 1988.
