Michelle Carr

Michelle Carr has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Michelle has worked as an Environmental Design Engineer at IIW, P.C., an Environmental Intern at the City of Dubuque, and currently serves as the Distribution & Collection Manager at the City of Steamboat Springs. Michelle has experience in providing environmental engineering consulting services, conducting construction site inspections, and coordinating project management for T1 services installation.
