Mark Kordus

Mark Kordus is an experienced professional currently serving as the Neighborhood Improvement Coordinator for the City of Stevens Point since March 2017. Additionally, Mark has been the Program Manager for RentReady at the Hunger and Poverty Prevention Partnership of Portage County since February 2020, where responsibilities include developing and managing a homelessness rehousing initiative aimed at providing second chances to individuals with challenging backgrounds. Mark's previous roles include Lake Services Manager at Wisconsin Lake and Pond Resource, Senior Project Manager at Stantec, and Acquisitions and Development Manager at McKeough Land Company. Mark holds an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering & Land Surveying from Madison Area Technical College and furthered education at Concordia College from 2007 to 2009.
