Michelle Welch

Michelle Welch is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as City Accountant for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Accounts Payable Manager at The Toro Company from March 2014, and worked at AVB Bank as AVP/Internal Control Officer from April 2004 to March 2014.
