John Driscoll

John Driscoll is an experienced professional in public administration and procurement, currently serving as Fire Department Administrative Manager with the City of Stockton, CA since February 2020. In this role, John has also held positions as Program Manager II and Senior Procurement Specialist. Prior to this, John worked at JRL Transportation, Inc. from March 2014 to September 2018, where roles included Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Arizona State University.
