Karen Mora, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Supervising Human Resources Analyst for the City of Stockton, CA, since March 2019. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst II at the same organization, as well as a Human Resources Representative at the University of the Pacific from June 2017 to March 2019.
