Monica Sandoval

Monica Sandoval, MBA, is an experienced professional in program management and procurement, currently serving as Program Manager III in Water Resources Planning for the City of Stockton, CA, since August 2019. Formerly, Monica held various roles at Foster Farms from September 2013 to August 2019, including Senior Purchasing Agent focused on product development, innovation, and direct materials packaging, as well as managing MRO, fleet, and capital purchasing. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Patterson, a Strategic Initiatives Manager at Safeway, and several positions in demand planning at The Clorox Company and Mars Petcare. Monica earned an MBA in Global Economies from the University of Redlands between 1998 and 2001.
