Michael Boule possesses extensive experience in water resource management and construction management, with a long tenure at the City of Surprise since August 2008, where roles have included Director of Water Resource Management, Assistant Director, and Capital Improvement Program Manager. Prior to this, Michael gained valuable experience as a Land Development Intern at Sandbox Development Consultants, Inc., and as a Construction Manager at T.W. Lewis Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development/Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University.
