Arnel John Magracia has a background in Information Technology and Education. During their time at the City Government of Taguig, Arnel John held roles ranging from Project Leader to Administrative Officer. Arnel John also gained experience in systems support and maintenance during an internship at Filinvest Information Technology Inc. and has undergone training in rich media advertisement production at Wideout Technology Services. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Taguig City University.
